The Port of Fujairah has been reporting its marine fuel sales to Platts, a unit of S&amp;P Global Commodity Insights, since 2021.<\/p><p>Sales of 380 CST low sulfur fuel oil (LSFO) decreased by 8.2% month-on-month to 407,208 cubic meters, while 380 CST high sulfur fuel oil (HSFO) volumes fell by 13% to 31,572 cubic meters in May.<\/p><p>Both LSFO and HSFO sales reached their lowest levels in three months, with previous lows recorded in February at 383,005 cubic meters for LSFO and 142,595 metric tons for HSFO.<\/p><p>All other fuel categories also registered declines, except for 180 CST low sulfur fuel oil, which rose to 9,972 cubic meters from 885 cubic meters in April, and marine gasoil, which increased to 662 cubic meters from 307 cubic meters over the same period.<\/p><p>The Platts-assessed Fujairah-delivered 0.5% sulfur marine fuel premium over the FOB Singapore 0.5% sulfur cargo benchmark averaged $6.42\/mt in May, compared to $6.22\/mt in April, and continued trending lower at $4.76\/mt as of mid-June.<\/p><p>Meanwhile, the Platts-assessed Fujairah-delivered 380 CST HSFO bunker premium over 380 CST 3.5% sulfur FOB Persian Gulf cargoes averaged $14.35\/mt in May, down sharply from $29.55\/mt in April, and declined further to just $0.69\/mt between June 2 and 13.<\/p><p>Source: Platts, S&amp;P Global Commodity Insights \u2013 15 June, 2025<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fujairah Bunker Fuel Sales Decline in May to Lowest Level in Three Months June 2025 Total sales decreased by 8.3% compared to April Sales of Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LSFO) declined by 8.2% High Sulfur Fuel Oil (HSFO) volumes dropped by 13% The United Arab Emirates\u2019 Port of Fujairah recorded ship fuel sales totaling 618,750&hellip;
