Fuel Oil
Fuel oil is a liquid petroleum product used as a fuel for heating, industrial processes, and transportation. It’s derived from crude oil and has a lower viscosity and higher Sulphur content compared to gasoline and diesel fuel.
There are different grades of fuel oil, each with specific properties and applications. The choice of fuel oil depends on factors such as the required heating temperature, equipment compatibility, and environmental regulations.
Fuel oil with a kinematic viscosity of 280 cSt is suitable for marine propulsion, as it can be pumped and atomized effectively in large marine engines.
